Our regeneration area, which is located in the main building, offers an ideal opportunity to relax.
Equipped with a sauna, infrared cabins and loungers, the regeneration area leaves nothing to be desired and helps you to unwind. The entire regeneration area is accessible to all guests free of charge after a short registration at the Infopoint and can therefore be used whenever desired.

Regardless of whether you are doing sports in one of our facilities or visiting the city - a visit to the regeneration area is the perfect end to an eventful day. Experience complete relaxation in one of our two deep warming infrared cabins. The sauna, with space for up to 15 people, will melt the hearts of all sauna-goers and those who want to become one.
